OUR WINES
Every wine we produce is a natural result of vintage and terroir. Also, for stabilization we use just the slow decanting during the aging and so we could sometimes find some natural sediments in the bottles. All fermentations are spontaneous thanks to the natural actions of indigenous yeasts, that enhance each terroir. In some circumstances we use a minimum amount of SO2. Local grapes are our favorite and frequently used, sometimes even recovering abandoned grapes “old fashioned”, but given back to biodiversity and tradition. Basically, we make wines without compromises.”
